Assembly tips
- File or scrape off any flash, the thin bits left over from casting.
- If the tab sits loose in the base slot, bend it into a shallow V so it wedges in, then add a drop of superglue.
- Fill any gaps with putty or basing sand before you prime.

Overheard at the Howling Hog
Cuts stone at the quarry by day and never touches a pick. He holds one hand open over the rock face and the crystals work themselves loose. A broken shackle still hangs off one wrist, and he won't let the smith cut it away. He'd quietly pay to know where whoever chained him is now.
Use it as
- A tiefling geomancer, warlock or shaman PC who works with stone
- The quarry hand who can open a sealed tomb, for a favor
- An escaped prisoner whose old jailers come looking for him, and for the party
DM tip
Let him reshape one bit of rock per scene: a handhold, a sealed door, a pillar of cover. Every use makes his chain clink, and the sound carries.
