Stonehaven makes 28mm fantasy miniatures with character. Gnomes with too many pockets, dwarves with strong opinions about ale, halflings who are definitely not eating your rations.

We're based in the Rochester, NY area. Our minis are cast in lead-free pewter in the USA and ship unpainted, so the rest of the story happens at your table. Our original sculpts come from artist Mike Evans, and the range also includes partner lines like Tytantroll.

Today's gossip from the bar, and who it's about.

  • According to the elf in the spectacles, this village shows up on two old maps, a mile apart. Same village, same well, same chapel, a mile east. She'll pay two silver a day to anyone who walks out to the other spot and tells her who's living in our houses.

  • Found in the yard, guarding a stick twice its length: one corgi, very proud. After the forty-third throw the potboy went to bed. The corgi didn't. The stick has a noble's crest carved in the handle, so somebody up at the manor's missing a dog, a walking stick, or both.

  • 'Play something cheerful.' 'That was cheerful.' Every song he knows ends with somebody's heart in pieces, usually his. He's written eleven verses about a girl in the next valley. She's heard all of them. She's written back, and he can't bring himself to open it. Someone read it to him before verse twelve.
