Here's how shipping works at Stonehaven. The short version: spend $25 in the US and it ships free.
Free US shipping at $25
Orders of $25 or more going to a US address get Free Economy shipping, which usually arrives in 3 to 7 business days. Two of our $11.99 minis come to $23.98, so one more mini or a pack of bases tips you over.
Orders under $25
You'll see live USPS and UPS rates at checkout, based on your address and the weight of your order. USPS Ground Advantage is usually the cheapest option.
Need it faster?
Any order, free shipping included, can upgrade at checkout to USPS Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express, or to UPS Ground or one of UPS's faster air services. Which UPS options you see depends on your address, and each one shows its price and delivery estimate before you pay.
When it ships
Most orders head out the next business day, and some go out the same day. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday ship the next business day. Every package ships with tracking.
Shipping outside the US
We ship to more than 230 countries and territories. International rates come straight from USPS and UPS at checkout, based on weight and destination, and you'll see prices in your local currency. Free shipping is for US orders only. The details are on our International Shipping page.
Pop-up terrain PDFs
Our pop-up terrain is a digital download, so there's never a shipping charge on it.
