Assembly tips
- File or scrape off any flash, the thin bits left over from casting.
- If the tab sits loose in the base slot, bend it into a shallow V so it wedges in, then add a drop of superglue.
- Fill any gaps with putty or basing sand before you prime.

Overheard at the Howling Hog
Last winter the dog by the hearth planted himself in the doorway and wouldn't let the carters leave, and an hour later the bridge they'd have crossed went into the river. He's never been wrong since. Tonight he's planted in front of the cellar door, and nobody's brave enough to open it.
Use it as
- A loyal companion for a ranger, hunter or anyone who needs a friend
- A village dog that leads the party to trouble before they find it
- A druid's or shape-shifter's alternate form
DM tip
Let the dog be your warning system. When he stands still and stares at something, the players get one round to get ready.
