Overheard at the Howling Hog
Two old pikemen have argued for years over whether the marshal can stand up at all. No one's caught him out of the saddle. He rides in, sits through the whole parley with that curved sword hanging beside his stirrup, and rides out again. He's mustering outriders, and whoever catches him dismounting collects on both bets.
