Assembly tips
- File or scrape off any flash, the thin bits left over from casting.
- If the tab sits loose in the base slot, bend it into a shallow V so it wedges in, then add a drop of superglue.
- Fill any gaps with putty or basing sand before you prime.

Overheard at the Howling Hog
Four lanterns on the toll bridge were cut down, each one through its chain. The ferryman saw the culprit: a bird-faced figure crouched on the rail, swinging two hooked blades joined by a chain like he was skipping rope. Someone wants that bridge dark, and the toll-keeper would pay to know who.
Use it as
- A bird-folk assassin or monk PC with chain-linked blades
- A hired killer working the bridges for someone who wants the town cut off
- A night stalker who strikes from rails and rooftops
DM tip
Give his chained blades reach, so he can hit anyone within two squares. Keep him on high ground and make the party come to him.
