Posted at the watch house: nobody climbs the north tower after dark till further notice. The archer up there has emptied his quiver at the treeline every night this week. He won't say what he's shooting at. Somebody walked out at dawn to collect the arrows. Every one was gone.
DM tip
That kettle helm and long leather coat read as town watch. Put two or three on a wall and give each one shot a round before anyone can climb.
