Overheard at the Howling Hog

Leaning on her crossbow like a walking stick, she looks like she's waiting for you to finish talking, and she usually is. She's the only guide who'll cross the bog in autumn, and she charges a silver for every bolt she fires. She fired nine last trip. Everyone came home.

DM tip

Tally every bolt she fires during the trip and hand the party her bill at the end of the session. They'll think twice before calling for cover fire.
