Overheard at the Howling Hog

'Has she ever drawn it?' 'Once, at the ford.' 'And?' 'And the ford's ours now.' She keeps that sword level in front of her and stands so still the flies land on her. She'll take one pupil who can stand that still for an hour. The tanner's boy managed four minutes.

DM tip

Let her hold the sheathed sword until an enemy steps next to her. Then she draws and strikes first, and everyone at the table remembers it.
