The lamps went out along the lane last night one window at a time, and the baker saw her walk past holding a withered hand up like a lantern. Every house she passed slept until noon and woke up one spoon short. Find out why before she comes back for the knives.
DM tip
A hand of glory keeps sleepers asleep. While she's near, sleeping NPCs won't wake, so the party has to deal with her alone.
