Notice nailed up by the smithy: the Wardens of the Celestial Citadel want recruits who don't mind marching uphill. Their warlord came down to do the asking himself, one fist up the whole time like he's still rallying a charge. Three volunteers so far, and two were the same farmer.
DM tip
Use his raised fist as a rally. Once per fight, every ally who can see him rerolls one failed save, and the players will want him on their side.
