Overheard at the Howling Hog
Down at the frog ponds, the peepers all go quiet at once, and that's how you know he's standing in the reeds. Bare skull grinning, boar spear planted beside him. He's never come past the cattails. Last night the cattails were three yards closer to the road. Somebody's been moving them.
DM tip
His boar spear has a crossbar for bracing. When an enemy moves next to him, let him strike first, before they can swing.
