The Ermcrest Volunteer Watch has tacked an apology to the well: sorry to the lamplighter, the cooper's goose and the bucket, our kobold was practicing. He drills every dusk with nunchucks whirling over his head. The Watch can't afford another bucket. They'll pay whoever finds him a training yard outside town.
DM tip
Every miss with the nunchucks hits something nearby. Let the players pick what, and have the town send the bill.
