New house rule: she reads outdoors. Every time she opens that book a wind comes up out of nowhere, and the last page she turned cost us the shutters, three candles and a goose. She says it's a weather almanac. The harbor master's becalmed fleet would pay well for one afternoon of her reading.
DM tip
Give every spell she casts a gust. Small loose things on the map shift one square downwind, and anything lit goes out.
