Overheard at the Howling Hog
Somebody keeps stabbing boots under the long table, quick little jabs clean through the toe leather and never once a toe. It's him. He thinks it's hilarious. The cobbler's busier than he's been all year and says he never paid the little rogue a copper, so his books might be worth a look.
DM tip
He's 12mm and mid-lunge, so hide him under table or crate scenery. When he strikes from there, he goes first no matter what initiative says.
