Overheard at the Howling Hog
Kept in the strongbox: a cloak clasp, left on the counter by a squat little fellow who never lowers his hood. The next night he walked in wearing the same clasp. The jeweler says ours is the seal off a crypt door a day's walk north. Somebody should go see what got out.
DM tip
No visible gear means he can be anyone. Use him whenever a cloaked stranger turns up, and let the players wonder if it's always the same one.
