Overheard at the Howling Hog

Things the heron's pulled out of the mill pond this month: eleven fish, a frog, the tanner's left boot and a key nobody will admit to owning. It's wearing a saddle nobody here put on it. Find the lock that key fits, and whoever's been riding that bird, and there's a free round in it.

DM tip

Set it on a tall wire so it glides above the rest of the minis. A heron's perfect cover for a rider scouting a marsh or a river crossing.
