Sixty buttons have come off sixty coats, every one snipped between the door and the bar. The tailor blames the scowling pixie who drops from the rafters with a dagger in each fist. The Strymian guild says he's gone solo. The tailor's paying a copper for every button brought back.
DM tip
Start him hidden in the rafters. When he strikes, he drops, cuts and flies back up in the same turn, so the party has to find a way to get up there.
