Overheard at the Howling Hog

Keep a lamp lit in your window if you live out on the barrow road. Something walks it after dark, wrapped neck to heel in grave cloth. It won't cross a lit sill. Two farms forgot last month. Somebody needs to find which barrow it climbed out of and shut it.

DM tip

Put a lamp token on every doorway. This one can't cross a lit token, so the fight turns into keeping the flames alive.
