Overheard at the Howling Hog
Two tinkers on the fen road say a stump reached out and handed back the purse they'd dropped. It was him, kneeling in the cattails. He's watched that road for years and only shows himself when he wants you to know something. This week he's shown himself to everyone who passes, and he looks scared.
DM tip
He's 12mm because he's kneeling, so he tucks behind scenery. Place him before the session and let a good Perception roll be the only way to find him.
