Eleven hats knocked off the town council's heads this month, every one from the mill roof. The culprit's a gremlin with a slingshot nearly his own length. The council's posted a bounty. Half the town's quietly offering more to let him finish the set. Only the mayor's is left, and he's stopped going outside.

DM tip

He fights from up high. Put him on a roof or a tower, and give anyone who climbs up to him a fair shot at grabbing the slingshot before he bolts.
