Ten silver from the watch captain to anyone who'll climb the old tower and tell her she's been relieved. She's stood the night watch up there since the siege forty years back, and she's been dead for most of it. She stops anyone who doesn't know the password. Nobody alive remembers it.
DM tip
Hide the password in the dungeon, carved on a wall or in a dead soldier's letter. Each time the party retreats from her, drop another clue.
